Laptop Repairs

We are now authorised to repair Samsung and Sony Vaio Laptops. Please find below some information that you may find useful.

These are can be repaired both in and out of warranty.
Warranty Repairs - Please bring the item into us with a copy of your purchase receipt and we can fix the item for you. The Samsung Warranty Terms and Conditions can be found here. You are able to post your item to us but please contact us on 01179 35 89 89 before doing so. Please note Samsung will not cover any transportation costs else prior authorisation is obtained from them.
Chargeable Repairs - Please bring the item into us and we can give you an estimate for the repair. We charge an inital estimate fee of £45. This fee is deducted if you proceed with the repair. You are able to post your item to us but please contact us on 01179 35 89 89 before doing so.
Parts Supplies - We are unable to supply any internal / external parts without our trained engineers fitting them. We are authorised to repair these items by Samsung,meeting their high standards and we are forbidden to supply any parts to non-authorised individuals or organisations.
Time Frame - We understand that your Notebook is important to you and should it need a repair that you need it back in full working order as soon as possible. You should expect a repair turnaround of 5-7 working days should parts be required, but we aim to repair the item as soon as possible. In some cases we can look at the items while you wait, however you will need to contact us first on 01179 35 89 89 to ensure that this is possible.
