What Can We Repair?
We have a wide
engineering capability and we service a vast range of CRT,
Plasma, LCD & Rear Projection televisions, VCR, DVD, DVD-R,
Hi-Fi, Microwave Ovens and Bread Makers.
Call Out Service
We offer a prompt
and punctual call out service. Our modern fleet of vans
operates 6 days a week. Our vans are manned by highly
trained technicians who are in constant contact with our
head quarters in Bristol. Our Call Out service operates
Monday-Saturday 9am – 6pm. An AM or PM time is offered upon
booking.
Bringing Items Into Us
We also offer our
customers an opportunity to bring their faulty appliance in
to our shop for repair. There is no need to book it in, just
bring it in Monday – Saturday 9am – 6pm.
 Technically Competent Service
Our new state of the
art workshops are fully equipped with all relevant
equipment, software and technical information to accomplish
an effective & professional repair. The service agreements
with major manufacturers ensure that we have a regular
communication with their technical departments and a wide
access to original, authentic spare parts and technical
advice.
Keeping You Informed
Our helpful office
staff are able to provide our customers with prompt and
up-to-date information on the status of their repair through
our database system. This is regularly reviewed to ensure
that our customers are updated at each stage of the repair.
Is Your Product Under Warranty?
We are authorised to
repair a wide selection of appliances, including LCD &
Plasma, which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty.
