UPDATE
With careful consideration and Government
guidance we are temporarily postponing all field / in -home
repairs. This includes door step collections and deliveries until Tuesday 14th April
2020. We will constantly review the situation and
advise you ASAP of any changes to this date.
The safety of our employees, their families and our customers always remains our top priority. Some of our staff members are already self-isolating to protect themselves and members of their immediate family. We do not feel it is safe to operate an in home service and cannot guarantee that our engineers will be able to remain 2m apart from the customers in the majority of homes.
In an effort to offer a continuation of service we are able to offer a collection and delivery service from our workshop and we have an engineer based in our workshop so repairs can continue. Our office remains open. We have limited telephone staff so please be patient if we do not answer straight away. We can also answer email enquiries.
This is a fast moving situation and will alter
the operation of the business in line with Government Guidelines.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank our customers for their well wishes and their support at this difficult time.
