EXTENDED GUARANTEE / WARRANTY REPAIRS

Each retailer will have a different warranty policy. If you have an extended warranty or guarantee we recommend you contact your chosen retailer directly. 

Once the warranty has been verified, if we are the assigned service centre, we will contact you to confirm the repair and discuss next steps.

The average repair can take between 5 – 10 working days and please note not all products are covered for In Home service. We will endeavor to keep you updated at each stage of your repair.
