If you have taken out an insurance policy on your electrical appliance we recommend you contact your insurance provider directly.

Once your policy has been verified, if we are the assigned service centre, we will contact you to confirm the repair and discuss next steps.

The average repair can take between 5 – 10 working days and please note not all products are covered for In Home service. We will endeavor to keep you updated at each stage of your repair.
