Hello,

I just wanted to thank you and all the Goggle Box staff for resolving the problems I have experienced with my Samsung Blu-ray player.

The Goggle Box Staff have kept me up to date with the progress of my unit without me having to chase phone calls or wait for a response. Any queries I may had have been answered very quickly.

After a few days of struggle with my Samsung television, I contacted Samsung who referred me to Goggle box. 
I was not expecting service so quickly and to my surprise Goggle Box response was the quickest in any customer experience I have had.

Goggle Box called me within an hour and booked an engineer visit straight away. The engineer was spot on on time. They collected the TV for repair. All along the process they updated me with the status of repair. Every time I called them the staff were very welcoming. 

Good to know that at least someone here is doing an amazing job and is delivering above customer's expectations. They have delivered my TV today. I highly recommend Goggle Box if someone is looking for a repair!

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
